We’ve had some great feedback from people who have bought Mary’s cookbook and tried out her recipes. If you haven’t bought one yet, the good news is we still have some in stock. Profits from the sale of the books go to Tender Heart India, a charity that works to improve the lives of slum children in Goa and Karnataka by equipping them with schooling, vital skills and resources. Mary is planning a second cookbook next year – and due to popular demand, she promises she will include a recipe for a British take on Key lime pie.
