Brynmill Coffee House, located near the entrances to Singleton and Brynmill Parks, promises a taste of USA-style coffee and cooking in Swansea. The coffee house is run by Swansea boy Ceri Pope and Rick Miller, originally from Memphis, TN, and is managed by the wonderful Peter Cox. Treats in store include US-style ‘Joe to Go’ (take-away filter coffee), home-style US cakes and brownies, American soups and stews and a touch of Tex Mex magic in the form of nachos.
